Our Tasting Notes:
This is the 4th wine we have tried from Canyon Wind Cellars and yet again we are impressed by the great quality. This Syrah made it onto our Valentine’s blog special because of its intense and rich qualities. This wine proudly displayed a dark plum color in the glass. The taste almost had a chocolate truffle quality to it which made this wine very smooth and easy to drink. It had good balance and a finish that lingered nicely. This Syrah would be great for Valentine’s Day dinner of hearty meats or stews. Enjoy!
